Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees to join AirLoop and to start your custom digital loyalty program.

Do I need to buy my own hardware?
Yes. You need an iPad (running iOS 8+) to run your own digital loyalty program.

Do I need a tablet stand? What sort of tablet stand would I require?
Yes. You will need a stand to mount your tablet. We recommend you get the TryTen Flip Stand but you can use any stand that suits your needs. The principal objective of the stand is to give your customers a great experience and to secure your tablet device.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that AirLoop is not the best loyalty platform for your business, simply cancel your account from your control panel. There are no cancellation fees.

Are there any costs for SMS messages?
Yes. There is a charge of $0.05 per outgoing message. Once you setup your account you will have the option to purchase outgoing messaging credits from your control panel. You only pay for outgoing SMS when you choose to use them for marketing to your customers.

Do my SMS credits ever expire?
No your SMS credits never expire.

Do I need internet connection to run the loyalty program?
Yes, you will need a Wi-Fi connection to run the digital loyalty program.

Is this service secure?
Yes. We use secure connections while transmitting data to and from your tablet device.

Can I customize my rewards?
Yes. You can completely customize your rewards program including the number of points each customer gets upon a check-in. You can also customize if your customers can get rewards for each check-in or only once per day.

What sort of support do you provide?
You get access to our world-class support via in-app chat, email and phone support during 9am and 5pm (EST)

Why are you not charging a monthly price like other loyalty programs?
There is no monthly subscription fees and there is no up-front cost for a business to join. We believe that every business should be able to run a sophisticated digital loyalty program that enables them to create better customer experiences. We believe that our merchant partners should not pay us when they are building their customer data. We make money only when you start using the platform to send targeted campaigns. The base loyalty program is free forever, and you pay us only when you start deriving value from your customer data. We make money when your repeat business starts growing.
